The person at the end of the film who was arrested was later released
The video footage of the arrest is being held back for reasons of solidarity with the victim, and until I communicate with the Doctor who was arrested it will remain on hold. This protest is held weekly on Thursdays at high noon - 2:00 pm (rain or shine torture is never tolerated)
